Stephanie’s main research interest is in integrating our understanding of gut health to the prevention of chronic disease. She is a member of the Nutrition Society of Australia and has been awarded a scholarship to pursue her PhD research.

Jessica is a Registered Nutritionist and Senior Lecturer at La Trobe University, with nutrition science expertise in the dietary management for digestive health and experience in design and conduct of clinical trials assessing nutrient-induced signalling mechanisms along the gut-brain axis.
